About Bee Mellow Wellness
Bee Mellow Wellness is a healing space that strives to empower you to bring balance back into your life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I believe that healing begins on an energetic level, shaping our emotions and touching the deepest part of our soul. Our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being is a direct reflection of this inner harmony. Supporting the energetic body allows us to release what is no longer serving us, uncover our authentic beings and make space to create the life we desire.
Energy therapy supports you to clear stagnant energy, balances and activate the energy centres within the body, establish healthy energy flow in and around the body and enhance the body's innate ability to heal itself. It also helps you to peel away the layers and often discover the underlying root cause of persistent issues you may have been struggling with. I also offer past life regression sessions to further support understanding of current life patterns, spiritual growth and enhance healing.
I currently offering Reiki-Energy Therapy treatment sessions (in-person and distance) for adults, teen, children and animals. I also offer Past Life Regression/Akashic Record sessions, Sound Medicine Treatment sessions, End of Life Doula services and Reiki & Energy Therapy Training & Certification.
We also believe so deeply in the power of reiki & energy therapy that we have created our own 100% natural beeswax, essential oil and crystal intention candles. Our candles support the chakras as well as other healing and cleansing intentions. through specific combinations of essential oils, crystals and affirmations. Each candle is also infused with the healing energy to further enhance its benefits.

Meet Brenda
I am a Registered Reiki Master Teacher (Reg. IARP) and Intuitive Energy Therapist with extensive Master training in the Japanese healing system of USUI Reiki as well as Karuna, Kundalini, Lightarian, Angelic and Animal reiki. I am a certified Sound Healer, Angel Energy Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, have trauma informed training and currently offer Reiki/Energy Therapy, Sound Medicine, Spiritual Hypnosis, Spiritual Support, Past Life Regression/Akashic Records Healing and Shamanic Soul Retrieval. In addition to the above I am certified in RYT 200 Yoga ~ Meditation & Mindfulness Instruction, Crystal & Chakra Healing, End of Life Doula, owner of Bee Mellow Wellness, creator of our all natural beeswax and essential oil intention candles and a mom to three amazing teenagers.
I found reiki and energy therapy over a decade ago when I was dealing with chronic stress and anxiety as well as feeling completely overwhelmed physically, mentally and emotionally. I was stuck in a state of fight or flight, disconnected from my spirituality and ultimately myself. I had difficulty establishing healthy boundaries in close relationships and struggled to break free from unhealthy patterns and situations. I did not know how to make my self care a priority and even felt that it was selfish but then I found reiki. When I first tried reiki, I immediately fell in love with it, how it made me feel, the awareness it brought to my energetic body and how it supported my healing. Reiki also opened up a new door of spiritual awareness for me, which was life changing in the best of ways, helping me to unbecome the person who I believed I was and re-discover my true self.
Reiki, energy work and sound medicine are now a daily part of my self care routine and have become my passion and purpose. I have experienced and continue to experience, as well as witness the profound healing benefits energy therapy offers. In the recent years, through my energy work and my own personal experiences, I have been introduced to the concept that past life patterns, situations, lessons and relationships can play a significant role in our current lives and that through the use of past life regression, we can access this information from our subconscious to provide understanding and healing in this lifetime.
My goal is to help you learn about and receive the amazing benefits of working with your energetic body and at a soul level, hold space for you on your own healing and spiritual journey and guide you as you learn to support others. I offer in-person past life regression, reiki/energy therapy as well as sound medicine treatment sessions in a relaxing and peaceful environment. I also offer distance reiki/energy therapy sessions virtually or by phone as well as Reiki/Energy therapy training and certification.
Since I started my Reiki sessions with Brenda, she has helped me transition and transform my mind, body and soul to a whole new level. Last session, I felt an outer-body experience.. and when she places the different crystals on my chakras, it takes on a whole new experience. I can actually feel the energy flow throughout my entire body.
When we talk about my experience after my sessions, she blows my mind with her accuracy from what she’s felt/envisioned throughout my session. She is so connected with my energy and balances me to help me be my best self.
