Reiki & Energy Foundations Training & Certification

As a Certified Reiki Master & Teacher, I offer training rooted in the traditional Usui Reiki system and thoughtfully supported by modern energy awareness practices. My approach is grounded in presence, integrity, safety, and embodied self-connection.  Students are introduced to foundational Reiki principles alongside chakra awareness, intuitive development, and complementary energy tools such as sound and vibrational support. Throughout training, emphasis is placed on regulation, embodiment, ethical practice, and cultivating trust in your own inner guidance. 

Reiki Level One centers on self-healing, energetic awareness, and personal alignment, strengthening your relationship with your own energy and intuition.  Reiki Level Two builds upon this foundation, offering the tools, structure, and confidence to responsibly share Reiki with others,  both in person and at a distance, while remaining grounded and heart-led.

Trainings are offered through hybrid and private formats to honour individual learning styles, integration pace, and readiness.

Usui Reiki & Energy Foundations – Level One

Reiki Level One introduces the foundational teachings of the Usui Reiki system, integrating traditional practice with grounded, modern approaches to energy awareness and self-regulation.

This training supports energetic health, intuitive development, and embodied self-healing. Students learn self-Reiki techniques, foundational hand positions, chakra awareness, and principles that encourage responsible, integrated practice.

Attunement is offered within a supportive and structured container.  Upon successful completion, you will receive your Reiki Level One Certification.

Reiki Level One is currently offered in Hybrid (online + in-person) and Private (in-person) formats.

Hybrid Reiki Level One – April Training
(Online Learning + In-Person Practice & Attunement)

The Hybrid pathway blends foundational online learning through Empowered Energy and Reiki Level One training modules with a dedicated in-person Integration & Attunement Day.

Empowered Energy provides grounding in nervous system awareness, energetic safety, and foundational energy literacy, allowing students to arrive at attunement prepared and confident.

Hybrid Training Includes:

• Access to Empowered Energy and Reiki Level One training modules (granted following enrolment so you can begin right away)
• One 4-hour In-Person Integration & Attunement Day held on April 11 (12–4 PM)
• Hands-on practice and mentorship
• Certification upon completion

Completion of online modules is required prior to attending the in-person day.

Investment: $350 + HST 

Usui Reiki Level Two: Practitioner & Energy Integration

Reiki Level Two builds upon the personal practice and energetic foundations established in Level One, deepening your understanding of Usui Reiki symbols, practitioner ethics, and responsible professional application.

This level focuses on confidently offering Reiki to others, including family, friends, and clients, through both in-person and distance sessions. Emphasis is placed on energetic boundaries, scope of practice, professional integrity, and developing clarity in your role as a practitioner.

Reiki Level Two attunement is offered in a structured and supportive environment to encourage integration and energetic alignment.

Following attunement, students complete an integration period that includes approximately 15 documented practice hours. This ensures confidence, embodiment, and readiness when working with others professionally.

Upon successful completion of training and practice requirements, you will receive your Reiki Level Two Practitioner Certification.

Pre-requisite: Usui Reiki Level One Certification

Opening the Door to Peace and Presence, November, 8th!

Private Reiki training and certification is available for those seeking a more personalized, flexible, and deeply supported learning experience.

Each private training container is thoughtfully tailored to your learning pace and energetic readiness. You’ll receive one-on-one guidance, mentorship, hands-on practice, and attunement in a grounded and supportive environment.

Flexible scheduling options are available, including daytime, evening, and weekend sessions.

Level One – Reiki & Energy Foundations

Private Level One training is offered over three sessions (2.5 hours each) and focuses on self-healing, energetic alignment, and establishing a strong foundation in Reiki and energy awareness.
Investment: $444 + HST

Level Two – Reiki Practitioner Certification

Private Level Two training is offered over four sessions (2.5 hours each) and is designed for those ready to confidently share Reiki with others. This level includes practitioner development, symbol integration, and documented practice requirements to support professional readiness.
Investment: $555 + HST

Reiki Master Training

Master-level training is mentorship-based and offered following demonstrated practitioner experience and integration. Entry includes a readiness conversation to ensure alignment and preparedness for this level of responsibility.

Training is offered primarily in a private format.
Investment: $688 + HST

Small group Master trainings may be offered periodically at a group rate when space and readiness align.

This training may be a good fit if you feel drawn to energy work and are curious about deepening your connection with yourself, your intuition, and your energetic awareness.  You do not need prior experience or special abilities to begin. Reiki training is less about learning to “do” something and more about cultivating awareness, presence, and trust in your own inner guidance.

Many students feel called to Reiki during periods of growth or transition, or when they feel a desire to support others in a grounded and responsible way. This pathway emphasizes self-healing, ethical application, and respect for integration and readiness.  Above all, trust your inner sense.
