As a Certified Reiki Master & Teacher, I offer training rooted in the traditional Usui Reiki system and supported by Energy Foundations training. While connection to healing energy is innate and available to all, Reiki offers a structured, lineage-based pathway for those who feel called to receive formal training and attunement within the Usui tradition.

My approach emphasizes presence, integrity, and steady embodiment. Reiki is taught in a clear and practical way while honoring the intuitive and spiritual nature of the work.

Empowered Energy, a self paced online container, is woven into all Reiki training, helping you feel steady, safe, and confident in your own energy before and throughout lineage-based attunement and practitioner development.

From foundational self-healing and energetic awareness, students progress into confident, ethical practitioner-level understanding and broader application of Reiki. The training emphasizes steady embodiment, clear boundaries, and responsible practice within the lineage of Usui Reiki.

Usui Reiki Certification Pathway (Levels 1 & 2 – Hybrid Training)

Level One – Foundation & Personal Practice

Level One establishes the foundations of the Usui Reiki system and introduces steady personal practice supported by Energy Foundations training.

Students learn:

• Self-Reiki techniques
• Foundational hand positions
• Chakra awareness
• Grounding and energetic safety
• Core Reiki principles and ethical responsibility

This level builds confidence and familiarity with the flow of energy, supporting responsible application within close personal circles before expanding into practitioner-level depth.  Each level includes formal Reiki attunement within the Usui lineage. Attunement is honored as a sacred element of Reiki training and is offered with care, clarity, and respect for the tradition.

Upon successful completion, students receive their Usui Reiki Level One Certification.


Level Two – Practitioner Development

Level Two builds upon the foundation established in Level One, deepening both personal practice and broader application of Reiki.

Students are guided in:

• Usui Reiki symbols and their application
• Distance healing methodology
• Structured session flow
• Professional boundaries and scope of practice
• Ethical practitioner identity

This level supports expanded confidence for those wishing to work professionally, while also offering deeper integration for those continuing personal practice.

Following attunement, students complete approximately 12–15 documented practice hours to support integration, skill refinement, and responsible application.

Upon successful completion, students receive their Usui Reiki Level Two Practitioner Certification.

Hybrid Training Structure

This certification pathway is delivered in a hybrid format, combining structured online study with in-person integration and attunement.

Training Includes:

• Empowered Energy Online Course
• Reiki Level One & Level Two guided modules and manuals
• Completion of online modules prior to in-person training days
• Level One Integration & Attunement Day 
• Level Two Integration & Attunement Day 
• 12–15 documented practice hours (Level Two)
• Certification upon successful completion

Online coursework allows students to arrive prepared and grounded, while in-person sessions focus on attunement, hands-on refinement, and integration.

No prior experience or special abilities are required. Reiki training is less about learning to “do” something and more about cultivating awareness, presence, and trust in your own inner guidance.

If you value flexibility and independent study, the hybrid format may be a supportive fit. If you prefer personalized pacing, direct mentorship, and in-person learning, private training may feel more aligned.

Usui Reiki Level One (Standalone Option)

Private in-person Reiki training and certification is available for those seeking a personalized and flexible learning experience within the traditional Usui Reiki system.

Training is tailored to your pace and readiness, offering one-on-one guidance, hands-on practice, and formal attunement within a steady and supportive environment. Flexible scheduling options are available, including daytime, evening, and weekend sessions.
Private training allows for deeper pacing and expanded space for discussion, refinement, and embodied integration.

Small group training is available for friends, colleagues, or communities wishing to train together in a shared container. Investment for small group training is custom quoted based on group size and scheduling.

Level One – Usui Reiki & Energy Foundations
Private Level One training is offered over three sessions (2.5 hours each), totaling 7.5 hours of in-person instruction.

This level focuses on self-healing, energetic alignment, and establishing a strong foundation in Reiki and energy awareness. Students receive guided practice, formal attunement, and practical instruction to support confident self-practice and supported sharing with family and friends.

Private Investment: $450 + HST

Level Two – Reiki Practitioner Certification
Private Level Two training is offered over four sessions (2.5 hours each), totaling 10 hours of in-person instruction.

This level supports practitioner development for those ready to confidently share Reiki with others, while also deepening personal integration for those continuing their own journey. Training includes symbol integration, structured session flow, ethical responsibility, professional boundaries, and documented practice requirements.

Private Investment: $565 + HST

Reiki Master Training

Master-level training is mentorship-based and offered following demonstrated practitioner experience and integration.

A readiness conversation is required prior to enrollment to ensure alignment and preparedness for the responsibility of this level. Training is primarily offered in a private format, with limited group offerings scheduled annually.

Private Investment: $688 + HST

Refund Policy:

Enrollment in training programs is non-refundable due to limited seating and advance preparation. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, enrollment may be transferred to a future training date within the same calendar year.
